Launching Free Internet (Wi-Fi) Service Officially at Misr Station in Ramses 1/12/ 2021

Under the auspices of Lieutenant-General Engineer / Kamel Al-Wazir, Minister of Transport, and within the framework of the new projects adopted by the Ministry, which aim to serve the Egyptian citizen and serve the comprehensive development plans witnessed by the transport sector in Egypt during the era of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, which are consistent with the vision of the New Republic;
In order to develop the services of ENR and to seek to provide comfort for Misr Station’s commuters to match the international train stations, MOT Investment and Development Company (one of ENR’s companies and the investment arm of the Ministry of Transport) signed a contract with KMT Company with the aim of providing free Wi-Fi internet service inside the station in all its platforms and squares, which will be officially launched on 1/12/2021
KMT Company is an Egyptian company established in 2016 and has implemented some media projects in the railway facilities and the Greater Cairo Metro of a cultural and service nature.
The project of providing a free Wi-Fi internet service inside Misr Station in Ramses is considered to be one of the means of maximizing the value-added services of the railway facility, increasing its resources and attracting different segments of the public, in addition to enhancing the international image of the station and the transport sector in general before the station’s commuters, citizens and tourists.
