ENR: Modernization and development of Cairo Station Information Office to communicate with the public of passengers and respond to passengers' inquiries, complaints and suggestions.
In light of ENR’s interest concerning information provision, continuous communication, solving problems, recording proposals and presenting them to the specialists at once, ENR has developed Cairo Station Information Office to meet the wishes and inquiries of the passengers as well as working on solving them quickly through providing a land line and 3 mobile lines in addition to the hotline; in addition to the existence of (8)  Information Booths spread across Cairo Station at platforms 8 and 11, and at the station entrance from Ramses side; namely: the:

ENR’s Chairman has confirmed that the service is operated by a group of ENR’s staff over the 24 hours after being trained to provide a service befitting the traveling passengers.
