The chairman offers condolences for the martyrs of the accident of Fazara level crossing


In appreciation of  ENR to its workers, and out of the keenness of its leaders towards its loyal sons. Eng. Ashraf  Raslan, Chairman of ENR, accompanied by the engineer, director of the El Wasta Region and the head of the Labor General Syndicate in ENR, in Assiut governorate to offer condolences to the victims’ families of the accident of Fazara level crossing.

While offering condolences, Eng. Ashraf Raslan expressed his sincere condolences to the victims’ families, stressing that ENR would support them in their disaster, which is also ENR disaster in tough workers of its finest sons, carrying sincere condolences and sympathy of  Mr. Lieutenant General, Minister of Transport, wishing them patience and solace,  hoping from God that the victims of the accident would be blessed with His mercy and that He would bring them into His spaciousness.

The Chairman did not forget during his visit to confirm to the deceased families that the door of his office is always open to receive them at any time, considering their martyrs among the sons of ENR as an example of dedication to work and a beacon that illuminates the way and emulates it in sincerity, which made them bright symbols in the history of the railway entrenched in the conscience of all Egyptians.

It is noteworthy that on February 4, while the Cairo / Aswan train  no. 2010 was passing by the upgraded level crossing Fazara between the Dairut and Al-Qusiya stations, a  truck equipped with a winch stormed the lane opposite to the level crossing while it was closed, which causing the penetration of the winch to the train cabin, which led to the death of the driver Mr. Ayman Hassan Abdel Hamid, the driver assistant Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Bakhit, and the Tower Supervisor Mr. Abu Bakr Ahmed Fadel .
