The inspection of Eng. Ashraf Raslan for the Ain Shams / Suez line.



Within the framework of the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Transport to review and coordinate the work  between the railway lines and the electric train in the distance from Adli Mansour station and Al-Rubiky station. Eng. Ashraf Raslan, Chairman of ENR, accompanied by The vice chairman of the Shared Services Sector and the director of Cairo Region, inspected the railway line from km 17 to Rubiky station, in km 45 from Ain Shams / Suez line

A meeting was held with Eng. / Aser, the electric train project official for the National Authority for Tunnels, and the project managers from the implementing companies. During the meeting it was agreed to determine the properties of the ENR from the southern side to establish a common fence that includes the electric train line and the railway line in the distance from Adli Mansour station and Al-Rubiky. According to the directives of His Excellency the Minister, this work should be done by a joint committee between the railway and the National Authority for Tunnels. The track  works in the aforementioned distance were reviewed.

After that, Chairman inspected Al-Rubiky and Badr station, calling for the rehabilitation of yards and Al-Rubiky / Darb Al-Hajj / Al-Shorouk stations. As well as the inspection of the tracks along the distance from km 17 to km 45, to be completed before the end of this June.

At the end of the tour, the Chairman inspected the operations of freight trains at El Rubiky station. An immediate incentive was paid to the station master of El Rubiky station, as well as, to the track observer  at the station to perform their work according to the railway instructions.
